How a deal room works
A deal room holds one licensing deal for its entire life: the first offer, negotiation, signature, product approvals, and every royalty period until the contract term ends. It counts toward your plan for as long as the deal is live, because Pazar is running that deal the whole time. When the contract term ends, the room closes and moves to your archive, which is unlimited and free on every plan.

What counts as a deal room?
A deal room is one licensing deal and everything attached to it: the offer and negotiation, the signed contract, product approvals, and the full royalty reporting cycle. One deal, one room, for the life of the deal.
Does a signed deal still count toward my limit?
Yes. A deal room counts for the full life of the deal, including the years of royalty reporting after signing, because Pazar is running that deal the whole time. Your plan is sized to the number of live deals you carry, so it scales naturally as your licensing portfolio grows.
What happens when a deal ends?
When a deal's contract term ends, its room closes and moves to your archive. The archive is unlimited and free on every plan, so you keep every record, and the slot opens back up for a new deal.
What if I reach my deal room limit?
Add an extra deal room for $59 a month, or upgrade to the next plan. Licensing deals run for years, so a room normally opens up only when a contract term ends. We will never auto-charge you for going over.
Do the people I invite to a deal count as seats?
No. Seats are for your internal team. Inviting a counterparty, their advisors, or anyone on the other side of a deal is always free. They use their own Pazar account, not one of your seats.
What is a profile?
A profile is the page that represents a brand or rights holder on Pazar, with its logo, details, and listings. Most customers need just one. Agencies and groups that represent several brands create a profile for each, which is why the number of profiles scales with your plan.
Does Pazar take a percentage of my deals?
No. Your plan price is all you pay to run your own deals on Pazar. We do not take a cut of the deals and relationships you bring in.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Annual plans hold the lower rate for the year.
