A $370B industry still running on emails, PDFs, and spreadsheets.
Close licensing deals in days, not months, all in one place.
Pazar™ runs the licensing deal end to end: structured offers, negotiation, contracts, approvals, royalty reporting, and payment. So every deal worth doing gets done.
Built for rights holders, licensees, and the agencies that represent them. From your first licensing deal to a global portfolio.
Free to join • Clear terms • Confidential by default

Most licensing teams have tools for after the deal. Pazar is built to make the deal happen, then carry it through signing, approvals, royalties, and invoicing.
"This platform was long overdue. Pazar delivers exactly what the market has been missing."
Ute Stauss, Managing Director, Licensing International Germany
How it works
One platform, three modules
Discover
Discover the right counterparty, or bring your own. List your IP or post a brief and Pazar surfaces the right counterparties by category, territory, and track record. Turn the inquiries you already get into structured offers in a private deal room. Or keep everything invitation-only, and bring a counterparty straight into a deal room, with nothing made public.
Deal
Negotiate in a shared, private deal room with structured terms and a full offer history, down to exclusivity: exclusive, sole, or non-exclusive, with exemptions on record. Pazar generates the contract from templates drafted by experienced licensing counsel, or from your own template, set up for you by our team on Agency plans and up. Ready to e-sign.
Run
Approve designs, track sales, and collect royalties in one place. Automated reporting and invoicing replace the spreadsheets. Already running an admin system for signed deals? Pazar makes the deal and works alongside it.
The rights map
What have you granted? What is still open?
The answers are already in your contracts. Pazar reads them and builds your private rights map: what you have granted, where grants overlap or conflict, and the whitespace you have never licensed, by category, territory, and channel. Your team confirms every field before it counts. When you choose to act, Pazar helps you privately source the right counterparty, with evidence. Nothing is published. Nothing leaves your account.
Rolling out over the coming weeks. Overlap and conflict checks ship first.
Weeks of email threads and redlines become days in one deal room.

Features
Built for how licensing actually works
Rights holder and licensee profiles
Structured profiles show who they are, what they manage, and how they want to work, so both sides know who they're dealing with before the first offer.
Structured offers and deal rooms
Trade structured offers in a shared deal room, with the full offer history on record. Go from first offer to signed in one workspace, not scattered email threads.
Templates and standardized deal essentials
Royalty, minimum guarantee, exclusivity, territory, term, and every other deal variable are structured from the start. Use templates to move faster without cutting corners.
Versioning and approvals tracking
Track every version of designs, products, and documents. Approve or request changes with a clear audit trail.
Reporting tools for deal status and licensing admin
See where every deal stands at a glance. Filter by status, licensee, territory, or revenue to stay on top of your portfolio.
Transparent fees and global reach
Pazar is software, not an agency. No retainers, no exclusivity. A 10% success fee applies only when Pazar introduced the counterparty. Partners you bring, and partners who find your listing, are always free. No hidden costs.
Works with the tools you already run
Salesforce, Outlook, and Google Calendar integrations are rolling out now.
Built for every side of the deal
For rights holders
Turn inbound interest into structured offers, keep control of scope and approvals, and see every active deal in one place.
For licensees
Manage opportunities across licensors, keep terms and deadlines organized, and work alongside any portals your licensors require.
For agencies
Run multiple clients in separate workspaces, bring your existing relationships without a success fee, and give each client a clear view of its program.
Running several brands or clients? Pazar runs separate workspaces for each, alongside the systems you already use. See Enterprise
Built by licensing and infrastructure experts
Pazar is built on more than 15 years of legal and licensing experience, including nearly a decade at Red Bull managing IP partnerships with PUMA, Nike, FIFA, TAG Heuer, Aston Martin, and more. The team behind it understands both sides of the problem: the commercial reality of licensing and the technical demands of building trusted transaction infrastructure.
Serkan Yel
Founder & CEO
Serkan Yel started as Legal Counsel at Red Bull and spent nearly a decade there, rising to Head of Licensing and then General Manager of Consumer Products in North America. He ran Red Bull's global licensing program and built its North American consumer products business from the ground up. He built Pazar because he has lived every stage of a licensing deal, from term sheets to contracts to royalty reports, and knows how slow and manual it still is.
Leonard Schellenberg
Co-Founder & CTO
Leonard Schellenberg is a systems architect with a Master's in Mathematics and more than 20 years of experience designing secure, large-scale infrastructure across media, telecom, hardware, cryptography, blockchain, and AI. He helped architect Wire, the end-to-end encrypted messenger used in high-security government and enterprise environments, and has led engineering teams of up to 200 people. At Pazar, he is building the infrastructure layer licensing has been missing: structured, secure, and built for the complexity of real IP deals.
